ABSTRACT
1. This paper will deal with some special points in Mr. Taylor's work The Problem of Conduct. Professor McGilvary's article in Mind (October, 1902) did not come to me soon enough to be included in my treatment, although I believe that the first part of the paper will meet the criticisms which he makes.
