ABSTRACT
The third case study focuses on the Organisation pour la Mise en Valeur du Fleuve Sénégal (OMVS), governing the Senegal River Basin in Western Africa. Studying the OMVS further enlarges the sample of cases and thus the generalizability of findings – both with regard to the dependent variable, the effectiveness, and with regard to the different potential explanatory factors.
