ABSTRACT
Human resource management is the third and final cornerstone of Tiger Management. It is a crucial part of how Korean companies are managed overall. Without the tremendous efforts and dedication of their employees, and human resource management systems that make the best of their skills and capabilities, Korean companies would not have been able to travel as far as they have. They are keenly aware that, regardless of smart strategies and extraordinary leadership, a company’s performance eventually relies on its employees’ commitment and skills.
