ABSTRACT
Throughout this book, it has been shown that Korean companies have been extraordinarily successful throughout the last fifty years, and that their success can be attributed to their specific management style. Moreover, it has also been made clear that Tiger Management has not only worked in one country or in one specific historical situation. In fact, many Korean firms have successfully implemented Tiger Management at their overseas subsidiaries, as seen in Chapter 10. Additionally, Tiger Management has been adjusted quite effectively to the rapidly changing business environment in Korea throughout the last decades, as shown in Chapter 11.
