According to the Association of American Publishers, electronic books represented only 6 percent of the book industry’s revenues in 2010-meaning that 94 percent of the revenues came from paper books. So why are publishers so worried about Amazon’s pricing of electronic books? And why are they so worried about the future of their industry?
