ABSTRACT
Learning coaches improve the learning team’s problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management processes, and also help participants learn the content of the project and problem-solving process using questions, feedback, and reflection. Learning coaches assist participants in acquiring knowledge and learning in the action learning process.
