Traumatic brain injury

This chapter considers traumatic brain injury (TBI), defining the condition and related matters and outlining some of the implications. The chapter gives estimates of the prevalence of TBI, and considers causal factors, identification and assessment, and provision: rehabilitation, curriculum and assessment, pedagogy, resources, therapy/care, and organisation.
