In the previous chapter, we presented the design, governance, and institutions of the NPS, focusing on the NPS’s unorganized sector scheme or “citizen’s NPS.” In this and the following chapter, we present analyses of these features from a structural and institutional point of view, in the fi rst case, and a legal and regulatory point of view, in the second.
