ABSTRACT

Since the founding of Exodus International in 1976, the organization has been plagued by incompetent leadership that has thankfully stymied the organization's ability to reach its full potential. Unfortunately, this may change, as the media-savvy and highly ambitious Alan Chambers of Orlando's Exchange Ministries has taken over as executive director. Not only will he move the group's headquarters from moderate Seattle to socially conservative Orlando, but he will also replace the impressively inept Bob Davies, who fruitlessly bungled at the helm for twenty-two years.
