‘She rang me up at work and said she’d come home with me because she wanted a word about something. She didn’t say what. Then as we were driving back, she said, “I’m pregnant.” I was so surprised I drove the car off the road. I was so excited, high. It’s a strange experience. I’m going to be a father.
