ABSTRACT

Mind Power provides a segue for therapists to develop mindfulness concepts and skills at a latency level. This includes acceptance that we will become distracted and our focus will wander or be drawn to other things. The more we bring our attention back from distractions, the stronger we grow our Mind Power to concentrate and focus.2 And, the stronger we grow our Mind Power, the better our brains work to succeed at figuring out how to handle different situations.
