ABSTRACT

This is a hectic period of trying to fit all the pieces of this gigantic puzzle together. First run-throughs are notorious for their confusion. Suddenly, you feel like a baby elephant trying to walk, falling over your own feet. You discover the trees are there, but you cannot see the forest. Though one or two moments are working, you cannot grasp the entire character. You feel you are talking too fast; the lines and the actions are not meshing. The play is out of sync.
