ABSTRACT

The model of working we shall describe and illustrate in this chapter evolved quite quickly in January 1979 when the team was set up. It has been developed and elaborated since then. At the outset of the team’s work, two important internal procedures were established: the in-depth evaluation of the project (described in Chapter 3), and the schemes for induction, in-service training, and consultation. In describing the model of work of the team it is important to link it to these two procedures.
