ABSTRACT
Once a group has been set up, the next issue is how it is going to run. This is really a matter of the directions in which those who have invested time and energy in setting up the group wish to take it, and their understanding of what they and the group as a whole want to achieve. Just as important is their understanding of how groups can function and what sort of influence and in which direction they will need to try to exert it, even if they are apparently committed to letting the group find its own way.
