ABSTRACT
Shot sequences can be thoroughly mapped out before recording begins, or each shot can be devised one by one. In this latter case the group members choose a shot, and immediately prepare and record it. Only then do they consider what happens next. They then plan and produce the subsequent shot, and this shot-by-shot process continues until the sequence is completed.
