The good news is that this is undoubtedly one of the most exciting funding opportunities for education in the 1990s. The bad news is that it takes a lot of hard work to make a National Lottery bid work, and then a great deal of time and effort to deliver the scheme. But, then, doesn’t everything in life that is worth striving for?
