ABSTRACT
The aims of any school are complex. They are first of all concerned with the children’s academic achievement. The school is not only attempting to enable children to acquire knowledge and skills but is also concerned with their socialisation, their moral behaviour, their spiritual development, their attitudes and much else besides. In addition it is concerned with the adults in the school community. A school is a learning place for everyone who works there.
