ABSTRACT
There are a number of times in history where large movements of people occur, often suddenly and without warning. This unit is an attempt to examine a very specifi c moment from our past, where 10,000 children became ‘displaced people’, leaving behind their homes and parents – many of whom would themselves later become displaced people and refugees.
