ABSTRACT
Concrete is a mixture of cement, fine aggregates such as sand, coarse aggregates such as gravel, crushed rock or lightweight granular materials, and water, combined together in the correct proportions to give a strong, dense, homogeneous material which can be easily moulded to desired shapes and is ideally suited for the manufacture of structural components.
