Methods of self-evaluation

We have structured the collection of methods and instruments on the basis of the main activities involved in the process. These are presented in Figure 11.1.

In what follows, these evaluation activities are presented in numerical order. Within each category we list methods that are appropriate to that activity, but other approaches may also be included. Each method is presented following a common structure (see Figure 11.2).
