ABSTRACT
In the previous literature, there has been a marked tendency to describe discrimination in probation practice. Researchers have taken the view that attention needed to be drawn to differential probationservice delivery before ‘solutions’ could be found. This final chapter examines some implications for practice which have emerged from discussions of research and policy.
