ABSTRACT

Once contingencies have been approved by management, the next step is to design the feedback system and report. Feedback is perhaps the most vital part of the system. This is the formal report that the unit and its management get that describes the productivity of the unit and is the basis for the discussions about improving productivity that occur during the feedback meetings. In this chapter, we shall first present several issues that must be decided in designing the feedback report and then discuss what it should include and how the feedback meeting should be conducted.
