ABSTRACT
We have a one-party dominant system, which I think is very healthy in Russia. In a situation where Putin is definitely more liberal than 90 plus per cent of Russians, that is the only way to pursue any reforms in this country, which is completely resistant and still communist and nationalistic in nature.
