The chief needs of these young people will be, in the opinion of the Ministry:1 (I) "social experience and participation in a community life"; (2) " a satisfying relationship with the adult members of the community"; and (3) a feeling that they are "attending the college for a welldefined purpose." Are not these precisely the needs of all adolescents? Does not this suggest that during the period of adolescent education a sharp distinction between the "full-timer" and the "part-timer" may be quite wrong?
