ABSTRACT
Chapter six revisited the main themes in the literature to identify the key challenges that influence organisations in the process of change, in order to provide a foundation for the analysis of the research findings in the following chapters. These challenges would appear to manifest themselves on a number of levels and they may be identified as follows.
