ABSTRACT

In the vast majority of cases, people do not visit sites to marvel at the latest technology, but to find information, buy products or services and be entertained. What this means is that content is the most important feature of a web site. As Stephen Davies, Director of Strategy for Novell Europe and the commissioner of the yearly Novell Web 100 report, points out, ‘if you can’t get the information you require, you’re not going to return to a site’.
