ABSTRACT
Isaac A. Blankson is associate professor and chair of the Department of Speech Communication, Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and Special Assistant to the Dean, College of Arts and Sciences, on international and diversity initiatives. He teaches public relations and intercultural communication.
