ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses upon the bullying of employees and considers how this form of aggression can have a devastating impact both upon the individuals concerned and upon service delivery. Besides helping to identify bullying, the chapter examines those elements that allow it to flourish. Consideration is also given to the difference between bullying and harassment at work.
