ABSTRACT

This bully is usually inadequate and fearful that someone else can function better or is more capable then they are at their job. They are often drawn to positions of power as a means of abusing that power. They are dictatorial and critical. They are often incompetent and are carried in their job by the very ones they bully. They will leave a trail of people in their wake who have been bullied by them, many of whom will have left the organisation. This bully is the most difficult to change.
