ABSTRACT
For ease of reference, I have put this chapter’s contents in alphabetical order. As the law may change after this book is published it is recommended that you keep up to date with current legislation. The various guidelines (BSC, ITC, RA) are also revised from time to time and, if in doubt, refer directly to them. The addresses of the organisations concerned are found in the Appendix. The main legal issues to worry about are those of filming permission, copyright (covered in Chapter 12) and libel.
