ABSTRACT
In this chapter we continue to focus on those aspects of the SEM programme which relate to the liberalization of services. In this case the spotlight turns to transport, not only the traditional surface modes of road, rail and inland waterway, but also the previously neglected maritime and air passenger sectors.
