ABSTRACT
This chapter attempts to explain the methods used to try to gain acceptance and the ideology propounded as a basis of the new order. There are two processes to be observed. Being in power, the officers took practical steps to govern the country, and they then attempted to formulate an ideology to justify those steps which would provide a framework for the future.
