As with personal safety and security, there are references to publications about stress in Chapter 8. Once again, a risk assessed approach is needed. A simple sequence would be:

1. Either as part of general risk assessment, or as a specific activity, identify those hazards that are causing stress within your school. Hazards, for instance, could be organisational, interpersonal, environmental.
