ABSTRACT

In the opening chapter I argued how the elements of drama involved an artistic manipulation of three elements: people, passion and a platform. In effect, these three elements are partnered together as teachers generate powerful aesthetic experiences. However, we could also say that a wider partnership is necessary if drama praxis is to be managed well, a partnership not only between the three elements but between teachers, their students, the school community, and the various administrative agencies that can support the arts in education.
