Your school's art policy should provide some guidance as to how the art curriculum is to be delivered in your school. This may include reference to a number of issues including:
the use of time and staff expertise;
the required balance and content of the art curriculum;
what general learning experiences the children will achieve through their work in art;

common policies for planning work in art;
