ABSTRACT
The purpose of this paper is to develop the maintenance prediction model of the apartment houses, which have rapidly deteriorated in short time. For this, the repair records of 185 apartment sites nationwide were examined. The collected data were repair cycle and costs in building. The maintenance model is based on the Weibull distribution and logistic function. The repair cost included in this research are wall painting, wall and floor, water-proof, heating facilities.
