ABSTRACT
This paper draws mainly from findings and preliminary results of a study “Developing Innovation in the Real Estate and Construction SectorBackground and Experiments” (Koivu et al, 2000). The study has been initiated and performed by VTT Building Technology in 1999 and is continuing until 2000. The aim of the project is to find out new methodologies for handling the innovation chain to benefit the industry.
