ABSTRACT
The staff is another important component of the population in institutions for the elderly. They can be seen everywhere in the homes, nursing the elderly, cleaning the floors, preparing meals, planning a programme, drawing up a draft to get subsidies from the government or doing the laundry. Not only do their daily jobs fit into the home’s daily routine, but also they themselves have become the routine.
