ABSTRACT
Teams are an important aspect of social care service delivery, and they also play a key role in the continuing support of task-centred work. There are a number of different ways that teams can interact with service users and with carers to sustain and develop this. Supervisors within teams will have a key role in support, and ideally they will work in ways which are consonant with the task-centred approach.
