ABSTRACT
History never repeats itself; to replicate the circumstances, the themes, the patterns, the behaviors, et al. requires far too many variables to realign. History does not repeat; but certain circumstance, themes, patterns, behaviors do repeat, they repeat quite often, just not aligned in the same fashion and with the same relationships as before. History is replete with examples of mankind relearning the mistakes of their elders.
