The point of decision All our work so far has served to bring us to the position of finally meeting promising, enthusiastic candidates. We have already presented the showpiece of the selection process – the Critical Incident Interview. This chapter deals with the mechanics of the day which surrounds it, particularly the logistics of fitting a lengthy interview into an already packed schedule.
