ABSTRACT

We’ve covered a lot of territory in this book not normally associated with recruitment, from our school’s values to the effectiveness of our teams, from the shape of jobs to the quality of working conditions. Creating the sort of school where our recruits will want to stay is as important as getting them through the door in the first place. And the moment they walk through the door, they will sense if the basic conditions are right. The moment they read your advertisement, they will sense if you know what you are looking for and have a school you are proud of.
