ABSTRACT
There are twelve categories in the Total Reward inventory; culture is excluded from the audit because of an alternative method of data collection. The remaining eleven have between one and five questions attached to them. The number of questions varies because some categories are more complex than others. For practicality, we only address the most important sub-categories for each major category. The following procedure will help you process the questionnaires.
