ABSTRACT
Now your slave will compose a somewhat abbreviated chapter on the subject of the Ichurrama-dins, so that The Master of the World (may Allah perpetuate his reign) may be enlightened concerning them. Whenever the Khurrama-dins have arisen the Batinis have made common cause with them and strengthened them; and whenever the Batinis appear, the Khurrama-dins combine with them and assist them with men and resources; for the origin of these two religions is the same and they have but one object – to corrupt the faith.
