ABSTRACT
T his term has emerged in recent years 1 to describe the internal and external movements of a group of individuals. It is, I believe, a good term, because it focusses attention on the dynamic nature and purpose of a group; without adequate ‘dynamics’ a group, whether it is a family or a company, withers and often dies.
