ABSTRACT
Many tutors and lecturers find it an uphill struggle to get learners to contribute to seminars. It seems that as long as a tutor is prepared to talk, learners will gladly listen. Below we list some suggestions for helping ‘coerce’ learners into a more active mode in seminars.
