On confidentiality

As a student it is perhaps best not to attempt to tape-record interviews or conversations. But it is still necessary to keep some information to yourself. Don’t gossip, and don’t pass on what might seem confidential information. You will soon establish yourself as someone trustworthy if you are careful about what you say.
