PLANNING FOR AGRICULTURE AS A PRODUCTIVE INDUSTRY

There are three concepts that underlie all thinking about planning for agriculture as a productive industry: the world food system; reasons for state intervention into agriculture; and mechanisms for state intervention into agriculture.
