ABSTRACT
The purpose of this chapter is to familiarize you with the basics of using SPSS, including how to enter data, how to specify the type of data analysis you require, and how to read the output. These things cannot be taught very successfully in the abstract. Therefore, the idea is that you read this material while actually running SPSS on a computer.
