ABSTRACT
I try to keep a straight face.Goodness knows, I try.But how can you stop yourself doubling up with mirth at some of the capers that go on in education? Even with an iron willpower, it would take a heart of stone not to laugh at the endless stream of wheezes that are launched on a weekly basis. Who would have dared make a joke about the government setting up two committees to look at the problems of duplication, until it happened in real life?
